LOUISVILLE, TN, February 5, 2024 - Matthew D. Ische has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. Mr. Ische is the president of MDI Custom Homes, a role he has held since 2022. With a career spanning over two decades, he has garnered extensive experience in the construction industry, beginning at VSI Construction Inc., where he served as a D1 installer from 2003 to 2009. Mr. Ische’s career progressed as he took on roles with increasing responsibility, including as an install operations manager and service operations manager at Vivint, where he was recognized among one of the top eight performing teams in the company from 2006 to 2016.
Further honing his project management and construction skills at Cummings, Mr. Ische served as project manager from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 to 2021, as a project manager and division customer care manager for Goodall Homes is where he found his love for home building. Matt then moved on to Tennessee National as a custom home builder and production manager until 2023. Mr. Ische subsequently expanded his expertise as a construction manager and VP of Construction at Oakmont Custom Homes, an AR Homes by Arthur Rutenberg franchise, before taking the helm at MDI Custom Homes.
